Complexity Scoring Metric configuration matrix

Each scoring metric has a single Rate knob — the points contributed per one unit of that metric. A metric's contribution is value × Rate, summed across all metrics. There are no per-row band cells — the single Global Complexity Bands block below is the only place that classifies a score into a descriptive Low/Medium/High/Critical label.

These thresholds derive a purely descriptive Low/Medium/High/Critical label from the final, unbounded additive subscription/repo score (the badge shown on the report and manage panel). They never clamp, cap, or reshape the score itself, and apply to subscriptions on their next pricing event. To colour the individual per-metric bars, use the Contribution Bands below.

Contribution Bands
These cutoffs colour the individual per-metric bars in the Score Breakdown on the subscription report and the Manage Repos detailed analysis panel. They classify each single metric's own point contribution (a small value, typically 0–2) — a much smaller scale than the whole-score Global Complexity Bands above. A metric bar turns amber/orange/red only when that one metric is a genuinely large driver; they never change the score or its overall label.

Team Pools Curated Delivery Manager and Technical Lead pools used for per-subscription round-robin assignment

Add or remove Entra users from each pool. When a new subscription proposal is created, the system automatically assigns the pool member with the fewest active subscriptions to each role. There is no single "the" Delivery Manager or Technical Lead — only pool membership and per-subscription assignment.

Upgrade Cycles Release-wave schedule for automatic upgrade-cycle creation

Twice a year, on the configured creation date, the system automatically creates an upgrade cycle for the release wave and generates a workflow for every active subscription. Admins can adjust each wave's creation date or disable it entirely.

Notifications Global email delivery switch

When disabled, no outbound notification email is sent from this environment — activation confirmations, renewal reminders, and Sustain & Care notifications are all blocked. Nothing already blocked is replayed when re-enabled. In production this doubles as an emergency kill switch.
